Meniscus

Time for another healthy daily dose of Post-rock.
This is Meniscus, a band whom hasn't been around for as long as the other guys, but that doesn't mean their lacking in quality.
Playing for 4 years, Meniscus still remains unsigned, yet amazing in the eyes of post-rock fans.....

The songs a decent one, it's 20 mins long.

This is quite popular in post-rock, creating songs that are very long, and spacious.

Their able to do this using progression, so they can keep you interested the whole way through..... (Well for me they can anyway)

An amazing post-rock band, named Jakob has been hitting the Post-rock scene for over a decade, coming from the beautiful land of New Zealand. On one interview, lead guitarist Jeff Boyle said that the whole band would drive up on top of a mountain, sit there for the whole day with their instruments, and write music..... simply awesome.
One of their amazing songs Safety in numbers.

Introduction...........

Hey Guys.......
I have created this blog to give people some sense and taste to some real, beautiful music..... Post-Rock.
Many people don't really know post-rock, yet has become some of the most inspirational music genre out there.
With combining guitar, bass and drums, post-rock bands has create the surreal sound, similar to the sounds of nature, and the simple beauty this world has to show, so sit back, relax (and maybe get out some of that weed) and listen to some wonderful post-rock.
